Meeting The Markets' Needs

New and innovative designs are developed on a continual basis, and/or an existing architectural plan can be implemented into our building process or altered to your specifications.
State-of-the-art CAD programing develops high-quality architectural plans quickly and efficiently.
Each creatively designed floor plan is precision-engineered by a licensed professional engineer to meet and/or exceed local, state, and regional building codes, as well as Federal Government Wind Zone requirements. In addition each home is granted state approval prior to construction, and inspected by state officials prior to shipment to the local venue.
In our persistent search for new materials, technologies, and manufacturing techniques various members of the design/engineering team attend conferences, seminars, and product shows each year.

Manufacturer Facility / Campus

The "state of the art" 200,000 square foot, climate-controlled facility, which was built in 1997, is among several buildings that make up the manufacturing campus of Destiny Industries. The size and versatility of this production facility allows for a highly customized and cost effective residential product to be built.

The productivity of the veteran Destiny craftspeople is maximized in part to the climate-controlled environment, and the experienced team leaders in various areas of the construction process of each home. This and the available space under roof, which allows for building materials to remain dry even during the testiest storms, while on-site construction leaves the very same materials vulnerable during Mother Nature's wrath are the strength's behind your Destiny home.
