Each creatively designed floor plan is precision-engineered by a licensed professional engineer to meet and/or exceed state and regional building codes, as well as Federal Government Wind Zone requirements.  In addition, each home is granted state approval prior to construction and inspected by state officials prior to shipment to the local venue.
